As our sources may be incomplete, we'll just say that Hen Long tanks are sold at a lot of places, namely eBay where a lot of the sellers claim their tank to be a "Marui OEM" or "Marui export". Typing 'rc tank' in the eBay search will result in a lot of results. Most of the tanks there are Hen Long tanks. Recently, some sellers stopped adding the "Marui" text into their eBay listing partly because Hen Long's 1/24 scale tanks are slowly dwindling. As for Marui tanks, your best bet is still eBay, but please do make sure that you ARE buying a Tokyo Marui tank before placing on the 'Bid Now/Buy Now' button. Ask questions on areas that we have mentioned above so you won't be scammed by a Hen Long seller. Some Japan import sites have them for sale as well. If you're in Japan, then you can just buy off a hobby or RC shop since you're most likely to find one there. Our online partner site, ToyEast.com also sells them once in a while as well. VsTank Pro tanks are being sold everywhere, also at eBay through the 'toyeast' or 'vs-tank' account. In the U.S. it is being sold by Tower Hobbies or local hobby stores.
