After-Sales Support

For Hen Long, there is no after-sales support due to the poor quality issue. Most retailers, after selling Hen Long tanks for the first time, do not accept a return or refund when it comes to Hen Long tanks afterwards.

The Marui tanks do not offer much support outside of Japan since they do not really export their tanks. Thus, after-sales support is only for retail stores who are willing to fix up the tank for you.

As for the VsTank Pro, as it is going internationally, there is decent customer support for the retail customers. In the U.S., the VsTankUSA website has a support line for the whole VsTank Pro line. Other distributors also have a support contact as well. ToyEast has their own customer support as well.
