Q1. What kind of battery should I use?
       - VSX support both Alkaline and Ni-MH rechargeable battery used at the controller

Q2. Why my tank doesn’t move?
       - Please check the battery, we recommend you to use brand new Duracell battery for best performance
       - Please make sure the tank was charged up
       - Please make sure the tank was turned on (With the Red light on at the turret)
       - Please point the controller to the tank
       - Please make sure the Tank and Controller are in the SAME ID, the ID of the tank showed at the bottom of the tank
       - Please check the tank was Game Over or not, tank cannot be controlled if game over, please reset by switch the tank off and on again
       - If all above points was checked but the problem haven’t solved, then you might need to replace the rechargeable battery at the tank

Q3. Why my tank sometime doesn’t being hit?
       - Every tank has 45-60 degree of defense angle, please check the battle card
       - The shooting angle was only 10 degree, the tank only being hit within this range

Q4. Why the track come out during moving
       - The track is a depreciating parts, after running for 10 km accumulate, the rubber may lost the traction, then replacement will be needed
       - If the tank stored in a very high temperature and dry environment for a long time, then the rubber will become harden, then replacement will be needed
       - EVERY tank model need different track. Please make sure the tank was put on the according right track
       - Please avoid the tank run in sticky floor or wet environment. The VSX tank was an indoor table top toys

Q5. Can we do a team battle
       - Yes, each tank model (Like Tiger I) has two ID available, so two different ID Tiger Is can play at the same time. So do other models.
       - Teammate tank battle fire signal also effective each other, that mean for example Tiger I can be hit by other different ID Tiger I

Q6. How many player maximum play in one game
       - 4 players is maximum

Q8. How can I make the tank play for longer time
       - You can charge the tank double time for longer playing time
       - If the tank run in a flat floor which can run longer time than run in a slope
       - Use new and good quality battery like Duracell, Energizer
